TRANSPARENCY PLEDGE
We publish verified, provider-paid assistance monthly by the 20th. First full update posts [February 20th, 2026].

WHAT WE PUBLISH (EVERY MONTH)
• Households helped (deduped per household)
• Total dollars paid to providers + average grant size
• ZIP codes and counties served
• 30-day follow-up outcomes (kept with family / in treatment / rehomed / surrendered / unknown)

HOW WE VERIFY (AT A GLANCE)
• Providers paid directly (clinics, boarding, suppliers). No reimbursements to individuals.
• Each case has an application, estimate/invoice, and payment record.
• Follow-up at 30 days confirms outcomes.
• Personally identifiable info is redacted; we publish aggregates only.
